Terms of Service

Flownexa is software for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform: a shared inbox, templates, automations, reminders, bookings, campaigns and reports. Features in your plan are described when you sign up.

• You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and phone number, and you must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.
• WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta directly to your account; they are not part of Flownexa's fees.
• Meta decides template approvals, messaging limits and quality ratings; Flownexa cannot override them.

You agree to:

• message only people who gave you their number and, for marketing, who opted in;
• honour opt-outs (Flownexa stops marketing to contacts who send STOP);
• not send spam, illegal content or anything that breaks WhatsApp's policies;
• keep your sign-in details and API keys secret, and give team members only the access they need.

We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the shared service at risk.

Contacts and messages you add remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to export or delete them.

Setup and monthly fees are agreed with you in writing. If a service period ends without renewal, automated sending pauses; you can still sign in and see your data. Prices exclude GST where applicable.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. WhatsApp delivery depends on Meta. We may improve or change features and will tell you about changes that affect how you use the service.

To the extent the law allows, Flownexa is not liable for indirect losses, or for messages Meta delays, blocks or charges for. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using Flownexa at any time. On request we delete your organization's data within 30 days (see Data Deletion Instructions).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction.
